When you book a stay with us your name, address, email and contact number will be stored in our room inventory system, Guestline Rezlynx, or HolidayBookingsOnlineLtd, in order to deliver our services and manage your bookings with us. We will contact you via your personal details in order to provide you with any relevant information relating to your forthcoming stay. We may contact you shortly after your stay to acquire feedback and encourage you to leave a review on TripAdvisor. We may also advise you of any re-booking bonuses or offers available at that time.
Our websites may contain social media features, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Each of these sites has their own privacy notices which we ask you to make yourselves aware of.

Excellent Service, Mouthwatering Meals & Stunning Views
The Appley Restaurant at Luccombe Manor Country House Hotel in Shanklin serves up a wonderful array of freshly prepared mouthwatering meals at breakfast and evening dinner each day. Breakfast is included in all hotel stays whilst dinner is included in the cost of all dining and half board breaks. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available for room service.
After a day of sight seeing or relaxing on the beach come back and enjoy a delicious two or three-course fine dining dinner in the splendid Victorian dining room with large windows offering stunning seaviews. The Dining Menu changes regularly and always includes a vegetarian option. Special diets can usually be catered for with 24hrs advance notification.
Evening Dinner is served from 6.30pm to last orders at 8pm giving you plenty of time to relax before and after in the hotel bar along with your favourite tipple. Pre booking in the restaurant required.
As one of the best family friendly hotels on the Isle of Wight your children are warmly welcomed in to the Conservatory Restaurant and can choose to eat with you off the adults menu, or you can pre-order a children's meal at reception before 3pm. An alternative option for your younger children may be to book a children's high tea which are served from 5.30pm to 6pm. Pre-booking is required and should be ordered with reception before 3pm. (For your peace of mind baby listening monitors are available on a first come first served basis should you wish your child to eat and retire before yourselves).

Children's tea is served from 5.30-pm if your young children are hungry and want to eat earlier and with their new found holiday friends!
Enjoy a quieter experience in the Conservatory area where you can choose from a wide range of wines to compliment your meal. Your every need will be catered for by the helpful, friendly and courteous staff.
Evening dinner is served from 6.30pm with last orders at 8pm so there is plenty of time for you to prepare for a relaxing evening dining.
For your peace of mind, listening monitors are available on a first come first serve basis. It means you can truly relax and enjoy the night once the young ones have gone to bed.
When you wake, breakfast is served from 8am-9.30am. Don't forget sandwiches and other lot snacks are available right throughout the day.
